Of course that is possible but highly unlikely since this was / is manu's baby and (imo) he would never ever give up power or listen to others. And i guess that is the reason koppelman and Jake decided to take over control.
Why would they otherwise include paterson (friend of koppelman) in the BOD? So that they could have a majority vote (3/5) to oust Manu and that other Indian fellow (Capuur?).
But koppelman willingly participated in the ousting of Manu, otherwise this would not have happened. Also people stating Jake is in charge are not right in the head. Koppelman and paterson are best buddies, they are 2/3 of the BOD at this moment and because of that they are the ones leading the company not Jake, Jake does what they tell him to do.
And the only reason why koppelman is still involved is that he knows he is able to make it happen and reverse this company just like Martha steward and Steve madden.
Do not get fooled by members posting "scam" "fraud" "hard sell" now more than ever this companies plans have the chance to come reality.
