As a trading veteran chklingon - I know you have seen this story play out over and over again... Company comes out with a low float and a good story... They use TOXIC financing to try to raise money.... Stock immediately starts to fall, and the company continues to put out NEWS... but never seem to produce any revenue... Finally, they decide to do a "reverse split to improve the capital structure" that they themselves just destroyed.

If this was new players, I might think it had a chance, but just 2 of the old players in new roles, and the dilution is continuing at a rampant pace...

And the story, that used to be so compelling, is now full of holes, and, like you, I'm wondering if the IDA isn't going to tell them just to get out...

Why would Koppelman and Paterson Come Aboard at this Time?
What would happen to Medient Studios if this project was dropped?
MDNT now has a Market Cap Value of about 4 Mil dollars based on estimated shares outstanding. Lot's going on behind the curtain here now. Do you really think that Medient's BOD would do a R/S in this climate? It looks like Paterson received a nice chunk of shares to come into this situation. He is involved with a Real Estate Crowd Funding Group. Maybe a capital raise program is being put into place? How do you think current shake up in Management, additions of Koppelman to COB, Paterson as new Director, and Davidson, would effect Medient's negotiations with local Banks regarding strength of Management team and conservative approach (taking the fluff out) in order to obtain or solidify Phase One Financing? What does the current financing Package consist of? (How much is needed, what is Medient's collateral available for the loan) I am trying to say that there is a lot "up in the air" now! What can shareholders do to obtain better communication and transparency with Management? Shouldn't Shareholders try to get a shareholder that lives in the Project Area on the Board to sit in on Director Meetings and report back to us to increase transparency?

"arrogant dilution of shares" I disagree Manu's business incompetence led to the desperate need for the company to raise money. If they had shut down the company we would have been crying even louder. Our shares would have been worth zero. This is first and foremost a business. Finally we have a management team that is treating Medient like a business. That is why we can look forward now to an announcement of bank financing in the very near future. Banks readily lend to solid businesses with solid proven management teams. MDNT$
