Absolutely, they are giving back the community and employing local residents. 100's of local residents that need jobs and need to get back on their feet and deserve a second chance will get all that through the building of the Studioplex. This is exciting not only are we going to get rich but in a commendable manner. Titan's building material is efficient, cost effective, low maintenence and can stand up to frequent harsh weather. All the characteristics to get started fast and built quickly to start making profits BUT at the same time stand up to the harsh coastal weather. WOW, this is all falling to plan!
Sound stages are large, very bland and boring rectangular boxes nothing more. I have been to the Time Warner studios and what does it look like you ask? Nothing but blocks and blocks of very boring, cheap looking boxes. Yes even at the mogul of time warner their sound stages look cheap. Why? because all the work is on the inside and they don't need to waste money on fairy dust and glass buildings because they need to keep cost down.
And everything on the inside of the boxes isn't that great either they are just sets. Stuff designed to look good on camera. This is awesome everything will come in to fruition sooner than we think now that we have realistic goals.
