So if FHFA is part of the government they have a right to hide documents?
What happened to the freedom of information?
Also, regardless of the FHFA being government or not they are NOT acting in the best interest of FnF, period.
I do not see a win in this for the government anywhere unless it is just a plain travesty of justice!
So really we have to wait on the final outcome, correct, unless some blatant disregard for the court is seen before hand!
