If there was a judgment for the entire $26 million requested in the lawsuit, the market cap of PPJE would be: $1,265,000 + $26,000,000 = $27,265,000. --Ed the trader
Once again: PPJ isn't the only plaintiff. Basu is a plaintiff as well. --Janice Shell
I also thought that Chandana Basu is a co-plaintiff in the lawsuit. However, as I was looking at court documents yesterday, I caught the fact that Chandana Basu actually is NOT a plaintiff in the lawsuit. She is only a cross-defendant.
The plaintiff, PPJ Enterprise, sued the defendants, Narinder S. Grewal (the human) and Narinder S. Grewal, M.D. (the corporation).
In response, Grewal counter-sued, naming both PPJ Enterprise and Chandana Basu as cross-defendants.
Somehow, an organization called G3 Healthcare has also entered the mix as a defendant.
The Plaintiff in this case is PPJ ENTERPRISE, formerly known as Healthcare Business Services Groups, Inc., and is a Nevada Corporation...
At all times material to this complaint, Defendant, Narinder Grewal (Defendent Grewal) was a medical doctor licensed and practising medicine in the State of California, and resident of and doing business in the State of California.
At all times material to this compliant, Defendant, NARINDER S. GREWAL, M.D., A MEDICAL CORPORATION (Defendant Grewal Inc.) was a professional medical corporation, was a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California. Defendant Grewal Inc. was also doing business under the fictitious business name of Santa Clarita Surgury Center for Advanced Pain Management, which conducted business in the State of California.
TO THE HONORABLE Elizabeth White, Plaintiff/Cross-Defendant PPJ ENTERPRISE, INC. and Cross-Defendant CHANDANA BASU (collectively referred to as "Plaintiff") respectfully submit the following plaintiff's statement of the case.
