Marc301: you said it in plain English and don't even realize the importance of those words!!! CEOs are NOT supposed to give important information to one group of investors before others. The SEC comes down very hard when they do. I got out of KMAg because that CEO was answering private e-mails from IHubbers, some of whom where foolish enough to copy and paste screen shots of the contents into their posts. The SEC has never disclosed why KMAg was suspended, but it still sits in the grey market. I hope Ed gets off of Face Book permanently and lets his IR guy do all the contacts with investors - as it should be. Good luck to you.
