I am sure you know the answer here.

What does he do? He gets it out on time when he said. That is what a successful person does. And if not, heads start rolling.

I would start with the operations manager Ken Fletcher, and keep on going. Get rid of the dead weight

Then hire some people with experience and past accomplishments. Those accomplishments should not include racing cars, working on cars or working for Webers failed construction company.
