By law, a company such as SMMJ must disclose the sale of stocks that they were paid by a public company in lieu of cash, in the press release itself. I see no such disclousure.

IMHO, it looks bad either way. If you doing good business doesn't promote you enough, and you have to pay people to promote your company, and do stories on your company, you're in the wrong business. 'Cause that's the business of screwing people over. Like that stupid "Indian Loan" commercial. For a $5k loan, you pay over $56k in interest!!! I want to see NVLX shine on it's own. Sure, the cash and assets outweigh the debts and liabilities, but doing stuff like this makes us look attention hungry when we should be on the main stage not needing promotion in the first place!
