One thing that is certain is that if sector is starting to Heat Up, so will ICBU -

Remember you have to stay out of ICBU for thirty days or it's a WASH Sale and can't be a tax loss. You will lose 7k if you buy back before 30 days expires. Then when you buy back it's all capital gains from new entry...sucks but it keeps loss flippers from taking losses while making profits. I hate this rule but just a heads up if you buy back within 30 day window that loss washes out and you can no longer use it.
