Why would Shea not produce AUDIT FINANCIALS? Because GDSM does not need them, no reason to spend the money! Why not, because Audit financials would not let GDSM uplist! Why not? Because requirement has been raised to .01 per share! Audit Financials PR.'s were put out to entice people to buy shares, that GDSM was "DUMPING". LOL! not to hard to figure out SHEA game plan. Just like today, "DUMP" at .0004, why? Because SHEA needs to get paid. all my opinion! trade at your own risk??
