While I know that the company continues to take hits from participants on this board,I also know that there are MANY reasons why a company would issue additional stock. I don't think the beloved CEO is paying himself in common stock. Adding a large amount of stock without a press release is very interesting. Remember that this company has chosen to continue to file ALL of the SEC papers regularly. They actually could legally go dark. They chose to continue for a reason. We can only speculate. I would wager that this is an indication of something good in the works. BAIL AT YOUR OWN RISK!
