I'm a believer that large day trading shorts can make a stock do anything as long as big institutions aren't buying/selling.

So with that said, if your short do you want to get out at a higher or lower price?

However, the early news on the decision seems to be all over the place. There is no clarity on what the decision specially means for VRNG, Hopefully the stock patent experts will write some articles on the decisions effect on specific stocks.

Postyle, who has the best feel for this wrote on the DSS board that the decision was good news. The Forbes article I just read was all over the board. That's probably what state the market is in. Fridays are weird though, we have to wait till next week.
