Temporary-to-long-term...for infusion of cash and profits (no matter how little) produced by kop...or, if you prefer, sell 5,000,000,000 shares, reverse split, and sell 5,000,000,000 more shares...

It would have even been a better scam angle...still would have had to dilute for the fraudsters to get their monies...out...and overseas...offshore (construction), lOl...

You are right...GREAT PR...and a cult-like-phrase...comes to mind...comes into play..."build it and they will come"...

Wrong strategy...concerts would have been good PR but profits are few and far between..the movie making is the most profitable.

Movie making comes later...they already have a couple, one, half of one...to use as PR...bait...for investors...but The Leaf would have been the quickest and cheapest to build with the dirt road, gigantic digital displays, etc...they still could have skimmed some fairly massive dilution returns...
