At an average price of .oo6 that would be 10 million shares, considering the average daily volume of SITS it would take days-possibly weeks to liquidate his position. I don't consider being locked into any stcok like that a good idea. Anything can happen, especially in a sub penny stock. If he does own 10 million shares and decided to liquidate - this stock would drop like a rock.
