I think it's great news...sounds like we won! I can't wait to read the entire transcript...when someone posts it! Those documents will also give Fairholme more info as to what other docs to ask for after August 17. I bet govt claims it will take forever to provide the documents and Judge Sweeney won't put up with that! Depending what all is in there, I wouldn't be surprised for the govt to cry "uncle" and make settlement.

IMO the Government lost big time and this sets the table for more losses in the future. This may be a way of pushing the parties to the settlement table, as the Government has shown a distinct disconnect from what is happening in both the actual Court Proceedings as well as in the Court of Public Opinion.

I bet they claim they can't find docs, like IRS case. Most corrupt administration of my lifetime.
