Great info thx for the insight.

Anyone with "AMS" access (Automated Manifest System)can see this.

This B/L indeed shows arrived at Long Beach on 6/11. Was being
held for x-ray exam by Customs, but released from that on 6/13.

However,the container is not yet showing released from Customs.
No way of telling if a Customs Entry has even been filed though.

There "may" be an FDA issue. It appears they might not have
filed a proper "FDA Prior Notice" which is required on food
products. (Has to be filed before arrival in the Port - looks
like that didn't happen). Worst case scenario, they "may" be
required to send the shipment back from where it came, if it
doesn't get resolved amicably with the "authorities".

They should have consulted a "good" Customs Broker.

Just saying ...

I have no shares in this. Just happened across this, and thought
I'd answer - since I have the capability. So ...

There it is ....

Bill of Lading was something I was asking for ages ago, so thanks for the info. FDA can be an issue or other regulatory bodies.
