Or, 3) ORFG is fake, they never give out dividends or ticker change or anything else they have promised, and they dilute it down to oblivion.

Unfortunately, there are more than two possible scenarios. Based upon the company's recent performance, which scenario would you choose? I like 1 and 2, but 3 is more likely......

On OTC BBs money only can be made with strong interest from retail, it is indisputable fact, companies, hedge funds, toxic financing .....all know it.
Stinky Pinkies especially non-reporting are very risky and most of them are pure scams, some fairly well designed and some of them very poorly, No matter what, retail is very jumpy and restless because there is a strong chance you loose it all and loose it fast.
Most of them are "start ups" and retail interest based on credibility and trust to deliver.
That trust can be gone fast through constant delays and defers, fluffy vague and meaningless PRs, plenty of troublesome signs...............(for example, again can somebody confirm the existence of ticker change application for ORFG?)
I THINK ALL OF IT IS PRESENT HERE.
Once that trust is gone, retail would never look back and without retail (go back to the first sentence). I think credibility of this company and their ability to prove their legit is huge issue right now, I am not talking about people posting on some obscure threads and desperately trying to do a "damage control", I am talking in general. IMHO
