And what was cowardly about the June 2007 takeover by a group of angry shareholders? Wasn't that what Raging Bull was demanding for years? What the heck is wrong, with getting what you specifically wanted.. all the then management and directors gone... that's what you wanted and that's what you got... what fiduciary problem is that?

And of course, once again, no factual argument, just name calling is all that you and your friends do, and all you ever did. What is interesting is that you accept nothing.. nothing done before you won was good, and you're winning was not good... so what possible thing could the old management have done that would have satisfied you and your friends?? That is a question to which you will have no answer at all I predict, since it is impossible to have an answer... everything was wrong and they must go, and everything is wrong because they went is your logic.

I'll be more specific. What were the "numerous failures of the "old" principals" to which you refer? Please be exact! What was tried that failed? And why did it fail? There was one major try as I recall that would have succeeded mightily were the other party was frightened off by shareholder threats to litigate... don't recall the name, but you probably do.. was that a failure of the "old" guys, or of and by the shareholders?
