Anybody care to tell me why sid is still walking around free(with no indication of an arrest) and still holding those bonds?

Because ING cannot prove they are fake. Therefore cannot take them away from Sid although ING will not let Sid cash them which Sid then has a valid case against ING. If they are indeed fake then take them off the market.
