Then ACS just said, "We look forward to this FIRST phase of greenhouse construction" & "and also to the completion of the full project in the coming years."
And then even went on to say. "Our Pueblo project is anticipated to be a prototype for future ACS cannabis cultivation properties in multiple states."
Pretty obvious scam company imo, that will say just about anything.
