i haven spoken to the company lawyers, new and old. I have personally seen a lot of the communication, including court orders, etc... whilst i have been told, and do understand that that there were some issues, i also have also had the opportunity to see correspondence between the company, its lawyers and various parties, including RBK. most of the correspondence shows a willingness from the company to resolve any outstanding issues, but it seems a certain few a dead set on some form of vendetta rather than resolve the issues, and unfortunately many of us shareholders are paying the price.
in any case, the good news is that they are still in business, still around, and i have also seen a number of issues already resolved.
lets hope we see these new court orders take effect, and we can see some decent value come back in the stock..
the recent accumulation is a good sign.
PERL...i'm long.... a great buy at these levels i thinks.
