I was an institutional wholesale and retail trader back when (Hint) Wolfe on Wall Street , i have seen my share OF T-12'S first hand fingers on the market maker input soft wear as i was trading Steve madden SHOO at the time , t-12 kicked in while i was buying a program basket buy order. t-12 can halt for a simple 6-k , . People be patient as we have no choice , finra will release it once they upload the 6-k , you would see multiple codes if something besides the 6-k were needed.
