Here is another new one DIGI, lab based in Nevada.
There are 62mm shares, and the stock closed at $0.33, though it appears that there could be an additional 300mm shares from a convertible preferred (note that there are restrictions on conversion). The company sold 44mm shares at about $0.05 in a round of private financing. The company raised the AS from 50mm to 900mm earlier this year.
