I was under the impression that Last Blood is 100% REDG property. Is this correct?

There is a couple things I have questions about.
Is there a difference in Frontetieres Selections and Off Fronteires selections in regards to what likelylihood of gathering investors?

What does it mean by "off frontiers selection" ? That is where "last blood" is listed.
