#141139 RE: OU81234 #141127

There is no big IF here.

There are questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of publicly available information about the business activities, the control of the companies, and trading in the securities of both companies.

One, with the subpoena power of the SEC and the availability of FINRA to bluesheet trades without subpoenas, you know and I know that FINRA has turned over to the SEC prior to the suspension every trade that Henry Jan executed. They know which account, what address is on those accounts, what phone numbers, what TID/SS numbers are affiliated with those accounts, how the trades were place, the amounts, the price, the dates and times and are in one nice file wrapped up and a pretty little ribbon on it.

So then I ask, when trading starts and FINRA is watching, does Henry Jan surface and start hitting the sell button? That is like breaking into a doughnut shop with two cops siting inside waiting.
