With most suspensions, they open on the greys consistently 60-90% lower from the previous closing price. I do not think this will be any different.

Here is where one speculates, if Jan and Hipple have been caught with the hands in the cookie jar and got stung, would they really be stupid enough to stick their hand in again?

They have to know that FINRA will be monitoring the trading as the press release by the Commission was very clear about suspicious trading activity.

If they eventually do get indicted and eventually convicted and sentenced, the federal sentencing guidelines are based on elevated levels on a point scale. Why increase the points and get a higher sentence by adding more charges and dollar amount?
