insider stock sales occurred weeks before the new lawsuit was filed .....
while the first lawsuit was active (prior to it being thrown out), the stock spiked above .25 on 3 different occasions. so the first lawsuit didn't keep the stock from moving higher. now everyone knows it has been thrown out --- and that the new filing is also frivolous. and the lawsuit was only filed within the last week. so do you really think it is keeping the stock from moving higher?

Adrock, excuse the sarcasm,but the insider trades were so minimal,they were totally irrelevant.

As I've said before,if phase 2 results were reported to be negative or if the pending lawsuit was of any worry to the board of USPR,there would be alot more insider selling and alot more volume.

My money is on, the few board selling to raise some cash to finance site visits by the likes of Mike Berry and other investors.

I say relax and go with the flow,I certainly am.

How? Insiders sold because USPR was sued? Seriously? And how does a so called frivolous lawsuit explain the stock price down here?
