If removing a cert chill was as simple as changing the CUSIP and ticker ... wouldnt be much trouble to clear a chill.


True. DTC and FINRA are likely reviewing very closely, but it doesn't take a "rocket surgeon" to figure out those CERTS are bogus. Klein's name is no where on them.

Ownership is very likely not the issue since Klein was sold bogus CERTS. That would be like saying........I own those counterfeit $20 bills while begging the court to find in your favor.
