Fact: the SEC has suspended SKTO/AEGY just as several of us told everyone.

Fact: the contracts don't exist.

Fact: Hipple still involved and calling the shots

And two dead shells that are worthless after insiders finish dumping.

Just a few shareholders that still believe SKTO/AEGY are real companies.
