Baltia's Initial Cadre Of Pilots Begin Training....

This 7 week course which began on November 11th has yet to be completed, so don't get too excited about all the recent announcements. The maintenance hasn't been completed, either. Stick around for a while - you'll soon learn that Baltia never finishes ANYTHING on time.

And no, they are not in Phase 3...
