Do you really think they would purposely mislead or give false press releases ?
I mean yea dilution is horrible...yea they have poor performance.
But they never ever promise or state anything that is bs.
I guess they were advised a long time ago by lawyers that they can not afford to lie or they will be sued to hell. Especially with their poor performance and reverse splits
