An investor should instead ask whether the felony convictions will have an adverse effect on the company's business dealings. Since those felonies were related to intellectual property crimes, and NTEK's core business revolves around extremely valuable pieces of intellectual property, I'd have to say yes, the convictions will have a substantial impact.

And him appointing his brother, a man with no experience in technology at all, to the CEO position when both he and DeKett were forced to step down, is very obviously a play to stay in day-to-day control of the company, in defiance of that portion of his conviction. Whether that's even legal is up in the air, but it's certainly not enough to calm a movie studio executive who's charged with making sure his films don't wind up on the streets of Hong Kong for $1 a disk.

DeKett resigned to move to a new company.

I was not forced out, nor required to step aside, I only served as interim CEO until a CEO could be found.

Jeff has a lot of technical experience. Clear Memories is a technology based company, and one of the leading innovators in ice carving technology with all carving done on proprietary, in house designed equipment and software.

The continual dissemination of lies and misinformation is ridiculous.
