Doesn't sound good. Thought it was a scam stock shortly after I bought in at $7.70 a share...sold out at $5.50 a share. I lost money, but don't want to be anywhere near this nowadays.
I guarantee some of the information that the writer is stating is completely false. I personally know two of the restaurant owners of deals in my area and they confirmed that they use "Livedeal". The reason the staff hasn't heard about them is due to the lack of consumer base at this time.
The author of this article doesn't have a clue about how live deal works. He makes A big deal about terms of service and says that there may be a chance that a deal that you paid for would turn out to be worthless. But you don't pay for the voucher. You pay at the restaurant when you get the food. So there is no way to pay for something you don't get. The website that published this article looks to be more fishy to me than live deal.
