Technically and fundamentally it definitely could and definitely should. However, nobody has faith, so it will be difficult. Looks like june 23 will be the next judgment day. I just hope things come through.
But unfortunately as we have ALL witnessed in the past, the PPS NEVER HOLDS the gains it has made and then continues a even greater DOWNWARD SPIRAL for several more weeks.
I do believe everyone is holding their breath on this next Monday's event but just as you say, I don't see much advancement of the PPS over the .03 mark since their is still ZERO in the FACTS department so support the event until the QUARTERLY comes out.
