What is misleading is somehow claiming that OTCMarkets is somehow providing a service, for a fee or otherwise, to those 10,000 companies, which was your original assertion. They are not. They provide PR services to a tiny fraction of those companies. And it is fewer by the week. By their own admission, they are losing paid PR customers in droves. Many companies, particularly international companies, recognize it is a waste of money and only associates them with the many OTC penny scams. Something legitimate companies are wise to avoid.
