Morning,Janice..New.Q..re:::rule 506(b).from.Form.D.filing.on.this.stk?

I know these things only pretend to be written in plain English, but I think I'm missing something.

Reading the Form D filing for PGLC, Alfers marked the box for complying with rule 506(b).

Looking it up, I see that it states a limit of 35 investors. Yet, poobah stated on Form D he has 53 in this latest registration.

What am I missing?
