There's no inpetus to buy right now. Folks want em as low as they'll sell to them on/near the support. Once this get moving up everyone thinks "crap this is getting away from me" I better jump in. We need a spark technically or from mngmnt to get the fire started Momentum/volume/rising PPS bring in more volume. The fire feeds itself and price continues to rise. Most love to buy winners, folks buying here are betting this will be a winner. Taking more risk for much bigger gains then the former.
