Super 8 (Omaha) - $15.8k
Super 8 (Boise) - $26k
Super 8 (Iowa) - $41.2k

That may make sense as the property in Clarinda is the only hotel in town on an interstate and looks fairly new only. The one near Omaha has more competition and is older.
