It is just because this really wasn't an approval but a recommendation. I hoped for a bigger pop too but we have the idiots at Seeking Alpha slamming this company so all their family and friends can make money from shorting. The SEC is a joke. They put Martha Stewart in jail and probably want Phil Mickelson there too but the real crooks are the organized ones including some of them. We know the rules.....them with the gold rule. (and the power)
