I dont think so. MSLP is not acquiring Fuse. The are simple taking whatever assets Fuse used as collateral to secure the loan to MSLP. Fuse will still move forward with the R/S, change the symbol and try to reinvent themselves into pig farming or medical marijuana. In other words, current shareholders are bag holders.
