What just happened on L2 was criminal, there were approximately 4.8 Million shares on the ASK at .0029 they filled almost 3 million shares at .0029 then stalled the fill of the additional 3 Million shares which would have moved the ask up to .003 but then they loaded more .0029 shares into the ask just as they filled the last approximate .0029's then not long after dropped it to .0028 on a 110000 share transaction and then down to .0027 on a 350,000 share sale
