why would you say that? the case against GOOG is also likely to last 2-4 years, as are most patent enforcement actions that end up going through the courts.
the longer the better with an injunction would be beneficial to VRNG because it puts even more pressure on ZTE to settle.
I also believe any settlement with ZTE would be GLOBAL. Meaning this injunction can be added to the list of successful actions against ZTE which Vringo can use as ammo in its discussions.
