Ridiculous! They are working on Bank Construction Financing for phase 1! Of course other financing may become available after this phase is completed. IMO
Company has mentioned this before. (normal construction financing) The land is there and the lease payments would probably be subordinated to the loan. Other collateral may be required but basically that is what they have been doing. IMO

Right, agreed, so do the reverse split, release Yellow, show that the company can promote a film and generate some revenue, release the DAMMED, show that the company can promote and generate some revenue with a film, then take the reverse split stock and do PRIVATE PLACEMENTS that the "high net worth" investors will actually feel may give them a return on their investment. These private placements will be RESTRICTED SHARES so they won't just be dumped into the post reverse split float....

I alone here, was asking why PRIVATE PLACEMENTS were not done in the past for financing... Could it be that NO INVESTORS would buy? Wonder why?
