There was a very aggressive team of flippers here for those runs. Group of people with enough money to manipulate the pps up then dump. So far this time that is not the case. Just a few gamblers hope for a run. But no deep pockets willing to buy the ask and drive it up. Therefore it may require an actual business reason for it to make a run , not a bunch of baseless hype. Until financing and dilution required becomes more clear the market may continue with this current wait and see posture.
