I have noticed over the last year..... On nearly ALL OTC stocks. The charts, technicals........ Do not mean much of anything. One PR...... Regardless of good or bad makes the charts irrelevant. Down on these boards, it is nearly all speculation and or sentiment. Not saying they are not a useful tool...... But usually I do t pay attention to them. Ctrader posts his charts all of the time but usually not much comes of them.
