There are numerous shareholders that are active. But moreso hammering away at mgmt for what exactly they are thinking and doing.

Wilson setting himself up with a $350k salary and conditional 6.8 million option award has shareholders flaming mgmt left and right. Shareholders stupidly bashing the company on Facebook ..... One of the few avenues to get some info on what the company is doing. Best case in lieu of a sale is for shareholders to nomoinate own slate of directors and move against the company BoD cause this BoD has done nothing for quite some time.

They are sticking to their story regarding EBITDA break even second half of the year. We've heard similar song before only to have one excuse after another offered after it didn't happen.

There are few buyers because there is really zero transparency into what they are doing. Lip service about inflection point and large increase in activity from current clients .... All well and good but, need to show winning more clients and a pickup in activity on all fronts in cold hard numbers and communication with shareholders.

Everyone is tired. I'm underwater by a lot and basically have written it off. Won't put a dime into this anymore. It will move when it moves or go bk, don't care either way. I consider it a loss but won't sell. Ride it to where ever it wants to go.
