No, it would have been insider trading if he told him to sell. Did he tell him to trade? No.

Carlo, can you tell us how you knew Chris was going to be out before anyone else had any inkling? There were no indications at all that he was about to step down or was being given the boot.

Carlo, I think it's ok for an insider to tell a shareholder not to panic sell, and they're working on a web site. If he told him that they have a deal to be announced next Monday, that would be an issue. Please jump on board at these low prices.

Please don't take my words and twist them out of context or mistake what I was saying. Also remember that my posts are just my opinions. What I said was that I did not advise anyone to panic sell based on the 404 error page. Sorry if you misunderstood or I did not communicate that properly. I was simply saying that they were fixing the 404 page and were working on getting us a new website. There is NO insider info here. How is it insider info? Please don't twist my words. Not sure why you would do that? Maybe I should have said I would not recommend panic selling because of the 404 page. I guess I should not have said anything. I was in a panic myself due to the 404 error page and thought people would get some relief and not make a rash decision and panic sell based on no website since UTRM is dba potnetwork.tv.

Besides you of all people were saying we had a new CEO way before it was announced.

Carlo if the SEC is interested in any of this I seriously doubt that they care about what some individual poster on ihub posted about not panic selling! Lets get real here if they are going to come after something or somebody here it's going to be UTRM itself, and Chris Seminatore, not some poster calling the new and current CEO about whether or not the wheels are still turning on this POS stock, just because he is worried about whether or not he should hold or sell!
