Any insights into delay of NP-1?

Short answer, I don't know... It's obvious I don't know lots of things since I still own millions of shares of HHSE. I attempted to listen in on NTEK's annual SH meeting but for the second year in a row a technical glitch disrupted the call. To my knowledge no notes to date are available.
