I'd have to agree. Shorting exists on the OTC, contradictory to popular belief. Marketmakers are utterly blatant when it comes to manipulation and breakout code set for them at this level.

SEEK also is my only investment in the OTC, because it is fundamentally (Despite the lack of punctuality) a gold mine. Potential shouldn't be a factor when trading but on the fundamental investment side, it should be, and SEEK has that variable. People use this service, debt is being paid off, revenues are generating at incredible rates, and there is believe it or not more transparency on this ticker than 99% that you will find trading under .01.

I would only INVEST down here in PINKy land on two prerequisites

#1 Management had to have working knowledge of the MARKET, and show the ability to grow a business through a series of sequential moves

#2 Is very long story, one of which I will not get into ALL with. In short I approached "people" who approached me years back to assist them. The favor is being repaid. I simply have "people" who are making a difference, keeping the eye on this. They are doing so as part of selected market stocks to evaluate the overwhelming amount of complaints that come in referencing market manipulation.

I have no doubt that there are those reviewing posts such as our last few laughing it up because they are "untouchable"
