I got the warm & fuzzies reading how it wasn't until VMWare combined with EMC that BOTH companies exploded "into the stratosphere" due to their synergies as a combined entity. Sounds very familiar to what we have here and what Mgmt has been saying all along.
Sons, if I understand it correctly, tape will be another part of our converged solution. Since Overland has recently received patent approval for tape emulation software (as posted by donkschmonk), I assume this will eventually be included in our converged appliance, that will do application/desktop/storage virtualization. This will also make it easier to manage data in back-up tape storage.
